About Me

I’m a certified coach, with a Masters in Coaching and Mentoring, a Post Graduate Diploma in Autism, ADHD and Neurodivergence, Executive Function coach certification and advanced ADHD coach accreditation.

Being neurodivergent myself gives me a better understanding of the highs and lows experienced by neurodivergent people in their careers, at university and in their personal lives.

I am an accredited ADHD and Autism Practitioner and have extensive experience working with people such as:

  • Professional and entrepreneurial people, who want to succeed in their work and personal lives. I help you quickly and easily develop strategies and tools to combat executive function challenges such as time management, organisation and planning whilst also looking at the emotional impact of living with ADHD/Autism
  • Neurodivergent adult learners who need structure, support and accountability to reach their full academic and professional potential.
  • People who have just received an ADHD/Autism diagnosis, who are thinking ‘What do I do with this?’, and are looking for information, support and understanding.
  • People who need support and advocacy to succeed at work.
  • Those who have an idea that they may be neurodivergent and would like to understand more about themselves and what ADHD might mean for them.
  • People who are on a waiting list for an assessment for ADHD and need help and support during that process

Helen Sander-Williams is a Certified Coach

I am passionate about improving the outcomes for everyone with ADHD/Autism. I believe it’s important to look at the whole person: that includes what and who brings you joy, how you eat, have fun and how you relax. I want to help neurodivergent people to be happy, healthy and successful – in work, relationships, and life.

My approach: ADHD affects all aspects of our lives, from work, sleep, relationships, self-esteem, nutrition and health so I take a 360 approach, looking at the whole person. As well as being a qualified coach, specialising in neurodivergence including ADHD and Autism, I’m also a certified Executive Function coach and a Health Coach: I understand the big impact that lifestyle and environment (both psychological and physical) has upon our brains as well as our bodies, especially for those of us with ADHD.
