specialiST Help for:
1) Neurodivergent Women navigating menopause IN the workplace
2) late diagnosed adults with ADHD/Autism
I combine my lived experience of ADHD with my extensive training to support:
1) People who have received an ADHD and/or Autism diagnosis as adults
2) Professional women navigating the complexities of ADHD and/or Autism whilst going through peri/menopause in the workplace.
3) Organisations and businesses who want to support neurodivergent employees navigating peri/menopause, retain talent and fulfill employment obligations.
4) Mature students and adult learners with ADHD and/or Autism
I offer an understanding, non-judgemental, strengths and solutions-focused approach and work with clients to create a ‘roadmap’ of clear steps that will quickly help you achieve your goals and effectively manage and enjoy your work and personal life.
Together we develop powerful strategies and tools to combat executive function challenges such as procrastination, motivation, time management, organisation and planning whilst also unpicking the emotional impact of being neurodivergent.
Being a late diagnosed woman myself, I know how much difference my own diagnosis made to me; it was the starting point in being able to accept myself and see myself in a more positive light. I want to help other late diagnosed people feel the same way about themselves and accomplish what they are capable of.
As a certified coach and published researcher, I am passionate about helping neurodivergent people succeed in all areas of their lives – work, rest and play. I’m also a Health coach and Executive Function coach so look at the whole person, including nutrition, habit and lifestyle management, relaxation and happiness. I want to help people with ADHD and/or Autism become their happiest, healthiest and most successful selves – in all areas of their lives.
Being neurodivergent myself gives me a better understanding of the highs and lows of living in a society that often doesn’t understand, and is not designed for, neurodivergent people.
